THE BURRATA PLATTER THAT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE

You know how everyone's got a dish? That one tried and true dish they bring to every gathering? This is mine. It's hard to even call it a dish because it's so easy. It's more of ingredients all put together... but HEY, isn't that what all dishes really are?! I saw a variation of this recipe in a Facebook group and just kinda tweaked it over time and it's just so good, and I mean seriously so good, that I felt it was wrong to keep it to myself. Easy. Delicious. Pretty. Fancy Lookin. Sure to impress all of your guests.



WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Tuscan Panne bread - from Trader Joe's. This bread is IMPORTANT and SUPERIOR to all other breads, especially for this recipe
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Burrata - always serve at room temp!!!! Take it out of the fridge at least 30 min before serving.
  • Pink Himalayan Salt
  • Pepper
  • Green Goddess dressing - from Trader Joe's 
  • Chili Onion Crunch - from Trader Joe's
  • A frick ton of cherry tomatoes



INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Halve the cherry tomatoes and use this as your base for the burrata
  2. Place burrata on top of the cherry tomatoes. Gently cut across burrata to slightly separate insides 
  3. Salt & Peppa to your liking
  4. Drizzle Green Goddess dressing over burrata and tomatoes
  5. Drizzle balsamic glaze
  6. Conservatively top with Chili Onion Crunch - this stuff is HOT. Good but HOT. 
  7. Toast bread, cut into smaller pieces and place around your burrata
