Happy Hump Day, friends! With the weather warming up it's feeling a lot like summer and I've had the urge to redecorate my apartment. Of course I don't have the funds to completely redecorate my place, but an easy way to change things up a bit is redecorate my little bar area! Bar carts are really popular these days (I actually have a wine cabinet) but I decided to put together a little BAR CART ESSENTIALS post for some apartment redecoration inspo. I'm also sharing 3 different bar carts ranging in price from $99 - $150.

1. Gold 3-Tier Rolling Bar Cart - $150! This price still isn't too bad for a really nice bar cart. The 3 tiers maximizes the decorative possibilities & alcohol storage so you KNOW I'm a fan.
2. Sinclair Gold 2 Tier Bar Cart - $140! I think this gold bar cart is absolutely stunning! Two tiers gives you plent of room for decoration & it's even got bottle holders on the bottom. Love this!
3. Richland Bar Cart in Black - $99! While this cart is the most simple, I think that gives it the more potential for decorative ideas without overdoing the bar cart & making it look too hectic or tacky.

TRAYS: Try adding a tray on top your cart to add dimension & keep some of the smaller items in place.
4. Cost Plus World Market - Gold Mirrored Tabletop Tray. I am obsessed with this tray! This is so elegant looking & it would be perfect to set your coasters, napkins, or even a bottle of wine.
5. Cost Plus World Market - Mirrored Square Tray. I love the detail on the sides of this tray!
6. White Rectangular Lacquer Serving Tray. This is a pretty simple tray but you don't want too much craziness going on with the cart mixed with the tray because this could clash with your decorative pieces. The fresh white color in itself gives off a summer vibe.

7. Rosanna - 'Booze' Decanter. A classy way for adults to get drunk ;) I love the gold detail of this decanter.
8. Rosanna Chez Elle - Luster Shot Glasses. 3 years out of college (!!!) & I've finally done a pretty thorough de-clutter of my college shot glasses. It was time to part ways with the spring break destination & 'Birthday Bitch' glasses. This set of shot glasses has such a pretty and soft color illumination & the perfect pop of color to your cart.
9. Sugarfina - Champagne Bears. These gummies are a cute (& yummy) decorative piece to add to your bar cart! Perfect for gifts as well :) These gummies are infused with Dom Perignon champagne - say no more, I'm in.
10. W&P - Pineapple Tumbler. Even if you don't use this as a tumbler, it is such a cute decoration item in itself! I shared the brass/copper color but also comes in gold!
11. Fiesta - Multicolor Copper Mugs. Anyone else a little sick of the traditional copper Moscow mule mug? I am! These bold colors are PERFECT for summer mules! How cute would these go with the coasters I shared in #18?
12. Slant Collections - Day Drinking Weather Napkins. Cute napkins are an absolute necessity. Summer = day drinking. These napkins are perfect!
12. Slant Collections - Rose All Day Napkins. I actually found these exact napkins at TJ Maxx! Champagne, Rose, and Prosecco are my absolute favorite so you know I had to get these.
13. 8 Oak Lane - Cactus Bottle Opener. I love cactus prints this summer so I was excited to find this bottle opener!
14. Easy Tiger - Beer Me Pint Glass. I'm not a big beer drinker but how cute are these pint glasses? All my boyfriend drinks is beer so this would be a necessity for my bar cart.
15. American Atelier - Stemless Wine Glasses. I prefer stemless wine glasses to regular glasses (almost) any day! I have ones just like these ones & I love them. The same brand also designed matching stemless champagne flutes but I personally am not a fan of flutes without the stems!
16. diptyque - Mimosa Candle. A mimosa scented candle is a necessity for your summer bar cart. I love the diptyque candles because they are so elegant looking & will go with any theme you're going for. Tip: Save the jar when the candle is pretty much done, pop it in the freezer for a few hours, then clean out the leftover wax & voila - you'll have a cute little decorative piece.
17. Etsy - Press For Champagne décor. Have you gotten around to figuring out I love champagne? As if the blog title didn't give it away, am I right? Another cute decorative piece that you can lay up against something on your bar cart or even hang on the wall.
18. Rosanna - Let's Party Set of 4 Coasters. I'm more into colorful coasters or coasters with a design rather than ones with words written on them, which are the majority of coasters I felt like I was finding. These bright colors are a perfect accent decoration for your bar cart &great for summer.
19. Cost Plus World Market - Flamingo Straws. Slurping is acceptable when drinking through these bad boys. How cute are these?? They have little flamingos & fruit on each straw!
20. Slant Collection - Champagne Please Bell. I swear, I think this was made for me. This is another adorable decorative piece to add to your cart. I would be using this bell all summer long!
21. Rosanna - Poppin' Bottles Trinket Tray. Because sometimes your bar cart needs a cute little trinket tray in the mix of all the barware accessories, duh.
22. LSA - Assorted Champagne Flutes. And of course no bar cart is complete without some champagne flutes. I love the assortment in sizes of these. And how good does the champagne with the berries in the picture look omg!
23. Wild Eye Designs - Pineapple Wine Stopper. Give me all the Pineapple décor for the summer! This would look so cute popped on top of your favorite bottle of wine :)
24. Anthropologie - Cocktail Hour Book. Don't say you haven't read a single book all summer! Add this book to your bar cart & read up on a new recipe you've been wanting to try.
Tip: A great place to go for cute home decor is TJ Maxx, Home Goods, & Nordstrom Rack. These are legit my absolute favorite stores!

What are some of your bar cart necessities?

  1. I adore this post! I am a huge bar cart fan (we have 2 in our place currently and 1 in storage) and always love having fun straws that I keep in a vintage martini shaker, a set of seasonal glasses, and cocktail stir sticks. Right now my stir sticks are pink flamingos, my glasses are Palm Springs glasses from Trina Turk, and the straws are pink & white paper.
