Banana Bread Bites

Ingredients
1 ripe banana, mashed well
2 tablespoons of honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 cup almond butter
1 tablespoon of chia seeds

Directions
1. In a large mixing bowl mash the banana with a fork (or potato masher!) until the consistency is super mushy like applesauce
2. Add in all the other ingredients and stir well. This can be tricky with the consistency so I used a spoon and my hands.
3. Roll the batter into balls about 1 inch wide - should make about 20! Mine turned out to be 18. Place the balls on a serving tray and free for at least 30 minutes.
